Me and Haggleooo are going to try to tackle fishing, because we seen about 6 ppl finshing outside the first town and I didnt read anywhere that there is fising?

Yes, there is fishing. How you obtain the skill and whatnot is still a mystery to us at least.

There's a quest at 30ish that lets you start fishing, but I think you have to take the profession after that. Hope that helps.

I guesss no.. I know you cant go afk on combat but not sure for fishing.

i think you can.. ive heard someone talking about fishing while afk in CN version from my friend.. but not sure either.. maybe theyre wrong..
