I have been trying the Pet Sanctuary quest and doing the Healthy Diet daily but I still only have 32/320 on level 1 on my level 42 main character. There must be some other way to level up this job faster, can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Either Creekbank or God's Trial* should easily level the pets into the 30's from the first run. not as effective afterwards, but still better than just about anything else.
*Assuming you have enough ppl around to party with you of course.

m0rdak he is talking about the tamer job, not pet levelling.
Tamer, like other jobs, is hard to level. It takes time and effort.
The easiest way I have found (perhaps besides Creekbank Valley) is to go to Sea of Oblivion and farm scarabs. If your level is high enough, and you have some AoE damage skills, it will be fast and easy. And since scarabs are caught with the basic soul catching skill, it wont cost you much energy.
There are no big tricks to levelling tamer, but this is one of the fastest ways that I have heard of and personally used.

I presume just taming a soul into a pet stone gives you points then?

Incubating a pet makes gives you 1 tamer point.
Value the ones near.

I created a character who's job it was to farm Khonem souls. AOE them, collect souls, transfer stones to main. Incubate stones for job exp.
It takes a lot of work, thousands of pet stones and time.

Me and my guild mates Go on rounds. a bunch of us collect pet souls. and let one person just sit and hatch them. Give anything good to the people in the guild, sell anything that is worth selling. I'm the "Main Tamer" for my guild So I do the hatching. in return I help the people who helped me by getting them new pets. Works great for us.

Does it include the ones you get from the pet dealer?
Buying loads of Wolf stones or whatever and incubating them seems to be less time consuming than farming the souls. I know farming and selling off any blues you get would be more lucrative but I'm looking at the time needed to farm enough to make it worthwhile.

Soul gold is easier to come by that's why I suggested that.
