1) A quest starting at Hugh Sutherland for all characters Lv60 and above
2) A new Token Vendor in Freedom Harbor Square. Otis is always happy to trade Tokens acquired from packs for various items
3) Trade Mentor Points with Vanessa for a License

courious george here, These mounts be able to get used in arena? or is there stipulations for just guild wars and pvp servers, patch notes are still not explained to the T

... You know damn well that mounts are not usable in instances.

yes sure arena is an instance but is it not still COMBAT? arena is pvp set is it not? well it must be if my wrath goes off and i have to change my pvp settings, so why cant it be used in arena? And im not trolling just want better answers thats all.

The only change with the combat licenses is that you can fight while riding on your mount, rather than having to get off. If you cannot get on your mount to begin with, the combat part of it is a moot point.
