the brown bear baron asked me to get him fierce wolf meat, i've been hunting wolf meat for almost 2 hours now and still no drops

Exactly whenever I get a wish card quest for Brownbear duke I go to chef mitchell and buy 5 wolf meat. Go to fossricker plains trackstone, get the quest from bear, and immediately turn it in.
