Where do I buy a valor potion recipe? I have asked in world chat, got many responses. None of them were correct though.

Please help, this is holding up my Henry quests.

look on the Kalaires map and youll see a location with a teleport crystal named Windward Cloister.Go there and youll see a female elf npc walking around that camp.The npc name is Manquisa or something like that.
She sells Valor Recipe and Bear Meat Pie recipe.

*some lazy a** scammers buy the recipes from there and auction them on insane prices.I saw that recipe on auction house and pissed me off , price 2g or a bit higher.I was low lvl too without money and hope to get some things and i know how it is.So guess what ? I bought 20 valor recipes and i spammed auction house for 1-2 bronze (lowest price ) for 48 hours.Also talked in world chat about location, and gave 10 free recipes on that day
If a lazy a$$ scammer will add again on EXPENSIVE price ill take care to spamm auction with valor recipes for 48 hours from 3 alts for free
Same thing it apply for pet skills , npc sells some skills too so be careful what or how much you buy.


Message to scammers:dont fool new players with expensive valor recipes, ill watch AH
Its ok if you want to sell it to help but if you add 2 gold thats scam and youll meet my wrath upon your business
