Are there any other pets besides the scarab, goat thing, and wind puppet I can catch at lv 35 w/o being a tamer? I want to catch a husky but don't know where, I'm assuming its in a lv40 area but I'm only lv35 and do not have tame.

It's at sea of obliv, but u do not have tamer job so u can only rotate around CV.

scarab and goat thing are not the same. One is reward for a lev 10 quest the other is an instance soul.
the husky is a cash shop pet
Without being tamer I dunno how many option you have. There is grffin for example, but is a 24h spawn and very rare so a lot of people fight for it. Same goes for the poney..

In the Sea of Oblivion, you can catch Chained Demons with your Tamer skill. Husky is a cashshop pet. There are other rare spawns in later maps that you can try, like the nightmare.

You cant catch a husky, coz huskys are from cash shop. At lvl 35 with tamer you can catch chain demons in SoO, as not tamer you can only catch the 3 you named, until lvl 50 when you get to advanced Creenkvalley and you can catch the lvl 50 pets, like bear and spider if im not wrong, and a third one i cant remember.

Goat thing i think he mean Kohem, not the goat, so it is from creenkvalley, or the mobs on SoO.

If you aren't a tamer, here are your choices:
Free Daily(lvl10):
Wolf, Ram, and Turtle
Creekbank Valley(lvl30):
Goatboy, Scarab, Wind Puppet, and Strawberry(grape tomato)
Creekbank Valley II(lvl50):
Bear, Treestump, Spider, and Bubble Crab <-- Edit: apparently the bubble crab is from the Lost Lighthouse.

Most pet instance mobs are also available on world maps and may drop pet souls when killed.

Yea The nightmare and griffin are only caught by tamers!

also i think a fairy and a tree lol saw a guildie get it before.
