Okay, we're going to be launching phase 2 of the offer systems today (09-11-09), and I'd like for everyone to read this first before attempting any of these offers.

Things to know:
1) Follow the instructions to a T. If they tell you that you need progress to the "Final Steps" page and click on an offer to receive your ZEN, that's what you're going to need to do.
2) If you complete an offer and don't receive your ZEN (even if it says "pays out in minutes"), give it at least 24 hours before submitting a complaint.

3) "Tab key + the down arrow" are your friend. If you are taken to an ad-wall where you have to click Yes or No to progress through a lot of different ads, pressing the Tab key + the down arrow can help you progress quickly down the list.
4) Make sure to distinguish the prize being provided by the offer vs. the ZEN payout. When you see messages like "one more step to get your prize", know that this is in reference to the gift card being provided or the free tea or whatever - IT IS NOT IN REFERENCE TO ZEN.
5) Keep record of your offer completion. If completing the offer requires you to confirm an email, keep that email. If completing the offer requires you to get to the "Final Offers" page and retrieve a score of some sort, take a screenshot of it.

Let's do one example together.

Offer Description
What's your favorite department at Best Buy?
When you walk into a Best Buy, which department do you instantly head for? Tell us now and participate to get $50 free to spend at any Best Buy location!
Submit valid information and click on an offer on the "Final Offers" page to receive ZEN.

Let's identify what needs to be done
1) Two things are being provided here: a) $50.00 at Best Buy, b) Perfect World ZEN. Ignore the $50.00 Best Buy gift unless you are really interested in it.
2) Do this to get your ZEN:
a. Choose the department in Best Buy you instantly head for (per the instructions on the offer).
b. Enter your information
c. Progress to the "Final Offers" page
d. Click on an offer (this does not mean you need to do the offer, just clicking on it is enough).

Step by step
1) Choose the Best Buy department you instantly head for and click continue or next.
2) Fill out whatever information they ask of you. (Whether you enter real info or fake info is up to you, but the directions do ask for "real info". But again, up to you .)
3) Progress through the many pages many pages that will be thrown in your face in order to progress to the "Final Offers" page.
a. A great way to do this is the "Tab key + down arrow" motion. Try it out and you'll know what I mean.
b. While you can select No to the majority of the ads on the ad-wall, some of the pages will force you to select Yes. If you select Yes to any of the offers, just progress to the following page and select No.
c. The whole point of all this is to select No for everything if you can.
d. If you come across a page that asks you for personal information, click the "Pass" or "Skip" button that will be found either at the top or the bottom of the page.
5. Continue through the motions stated in steps 2 through 4 until you get to the "Final Offers" page.
4) Click an offer on the "Final Offers" page. NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THE OFFER!!!! YOU JUST NEED TO CLICK IT.

And that's it!

Now all you have to do is wait for your ZEN. Remember to check your "My Wallet" on the billing site to see if it's been delivered to you. Also, remember the 24-hour window. And finally, if you don't get it in 24 hours, reach out to the offer provider.

This should help you get your ZEN.
