You can get a permanent mount from you fraction reputation agent (for me it's union of woods) only for 30 gold soul coins if you have 4th reputation rank.
And it is not main quest, but special one, isn't it?

give us more time, damn it stupid quest... and useless timer on mount !
give us at least 60sec cos not everybody has mount!
where the hell was the developers thinking when they made 30sec? that everybody is rich and buy a stupid mount? or just crapping 24/7 at PC to make a rank so that they buy at 30soul gold a mount?
60sec delay pls! is not that hard OR implement a mount where 2 players can sit!
oh yes... didn't forgot that if u fail the quest the stupid jar disappear from inventory so then what? u abandon the quest... now question is from WHERE i can "start over"?

PS: i just throw 10silver on fish from market cos i don't have job fishing! nice work!

1. You don't need the fishing skill to complete this quest. Get the fish from mobs (Undead Concubine)
2. Getting reputation isn't hard, just do Life in the Harbor every day and get soul coins from quests and get the mount

i don't have time to play all day, i must work 12h/day and i enter for fun and i do quest more all on foot, instances are going from bad to worst cos lots of players think for themself and not for the party.. so on... but this turns to off topic

get 60sec so that players who have no mount can do this quest to! is not that hard!

I just did this quest and I followed what HellsGuardian, i went to pond of tears and when it said that I cant fill water cuz its not a fishing spot, i used a rod and started fishing. I click the urn again and it filled up =/ so yeah just try it I'm pretty sure its gna work

Undead concubines do not drop these, at least not for me. I've wasted nearly 3 hours and have yet to see one drop.

Not sure about concubines, but the Zombie Witches they hang out with do for sure. Drop rate kinda sucks though, I agree.

Worst quest this far. I can understand making it hard to finish it , but there's a difference between hard to finish and impossible to finish. It's very unfair that those without mount have zero chances of completing the quest. I wonder what's next as lvls progress? Quests that only cash shoppers or ppl with the other faster mount you get with 3 diamonds can finish? I doubt they will do something about this quest and give us more secs with an update down the road. Heck they can't even fix Storm server to function properly, who has time for some quest now , right...

And yeah the Zombie witches do drop this fish, not the undead concubines. I was killing first the concubines and the witches were dying alongside with them not dropping anything, but if you kill first the witches they will drop eventually.
