hi us guys need help we are using windows 8
the game runs perfectly fine with windows 8 apart from one simple thing the patcher.exe
we can load the game from game.exe inside the update folder. this will load the game and play apart from now we cant because of the updates will not install manually or directly
please can you fix the updater for windows 8
or could if be a firewall wall issue in windows 8? but then again the update detected a new launcher and updated it..

Submit this info as a support ticket, telling them exactly the same thing that you've said here.

One way around this. if you have windows 7 as a multiboot on the same computer, restart our computer and boot into windows 7, then run the launcher (patcher.exe) to get the latest client updates. From there you can either run the client in windows 7, or restart in windows 8 to run the client just as before.
